Excursion to Helmos with 4X4! An exciting trip to the magical natural environment of Mount Helm with a 4×4 Jeep for off-road enthusiasts.
The 4X4 excursion to Helmos starts from the historic village of Kalavryta. We depart and head towards the village of Souvardo, which is located at an altitude of 1,115 meters. Hidden in the fir forest of Helmos, Souvardo offers visitors unique images of the Greek mountainous nature. As soon as we pass the village we enter forest roads and get lost in the enchanting nature of the Helmos-Vouraikos National Forest.
Our route offers unique images in the pristine environment of the area. We arrive at the amazing mountainous Tsivlou Lake with its deep blue waters. Here we have the opportunity to enjoy a real oasis on the slopes of Helmos.
We continue on abandoned mountain roads and end up at the Krathi River. On its banks, we will have a pleasant picnic break with local delicacies! After resting with the beautiful nature from the river, we will start our return. We will pass by the village of Peristera as well as the Ski Center of Kalavryta.
This excursion is for those who love nature and excursions with four-wheel drive vehicles!
